Why is my Design Template breaking or showing a split at the top?

More than likely you design template is breaking or splitting, because you have inserted a photo or image that is too large. The editable areas in each design varies from template to template slightly. The templates will tolerate photos no larger than 500 to 580 pixels wide.

You can check the size by taking the photo into the image editor and clicking resize. The editor will tell you how big the photo or image presently is.

OR

You can right click on the image in "preview"; a box will open up, then click on properties. The image properties box will open and you will find the dimensions about 2/3 of the way down. (The first number is the width and the second is the height; 123 x 456)
