I have built my website and saved it, but it is not showing up on my URL (www.mydomainname.com)?

1. You must be a PAID Kustom Sites member who has purchased a plan. If you have purchased a plan, see below.

2. You must have a domain name "that you have sent to us" that you want to use.

OR

3. You have re-pointed an existing domain name to the name servers that we have given you.

4. Lastly, if all of the above is in order, you need to publish your site. 'Saving' has only saved it to the site builder, NOT YOUR URL. You must publish your site to your URL (domain address). Click on the Publish button. You will be prompted to either (1.) publish the entire site (2.) publish recent changes. After making your selection. Click OK.
